HRMS Software
It ensures everyday Human Resources processes are manageable and easy to access. It merges human resources as a discipline and, in particular, its basic HR activities and processes with the information technology field, whereas the programming of data processing systems evolved into standardized routines and packages of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
On the whole, these ERP systems have their origin from software that integrates information from different applications into one universal database. The linkage of its financial and human resource modules through one database is the most important distinction to the individually and proprietarily developed predecessors, which makes this software application both rigid and flexible.
ERP Management
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is the integrated management of core business processes, often in real-time and mediated by software and technology.
ERP is usually referred to as a category of business-management software typically a suite of integrated applications—that an organization can use to collect, store, manage, and interpret data from these many business activities.
ERP provides an integrated and continuously updated view of core business processes using common databases maintained by a database management system. ERP systems track business resources cash, raw materials, production capacity and the status of business commitments: orders, purchase orders, and payroll. The applications that make up the system share data across various departments (manufacturing, purchasing, sales, accounting, etc.) that provide the data. ERP facilitates information flow between all business functions and manages connections to outside stakeholders.
Fleet Management
The solution sends real-time push alerts to notify dispatchers and supervisors of dangerous driver behavior. It provides a dynamic map view of drivers so that dispatchers are able to quote arrival time to customers.
Application Tracking
Applicant tracking systems are designed to search resumes the same way a recruiter or hiring manager would. They are meant to take some of the workload off of the recruiter, so they try to mimic the human process. When a recruiter or hiring manager receives a stack of resumes he or she won’t likely have the time to read each one thoroughly. So, they can search for keywords related to the position they are looking to fill. ATS makes the searching much easier and automated to save time and avoid any oversights or human error.
